Colleen Rooney, wife of footballer Wayne Rooney, has launched for the online retailer Littlewoods her latest collection. The WAG turned designer’s line includes some pieces we have come to recognize and adore including a beautiful £69 black fitted jacket and £45 denim jeans that flare.
As well as the more conservative numbers there are some that are more out of the box with a £55 blue playsuit and maxi dress that is pure bang on trend with bird print for only £99.
She says she thinks about what it is women want to show off, then she creates pieces that are sophisticated that let them do just that. Everyone is different so it is helpful to keep my friends and their figures in mind and what they may like to have on.
She feels it is important to maintain accessibility with her line. She loves looking at others to see what they are wearing, shop windows, friends’ wardrobes and interiors for that divine inspiration. Stylish, accessible and affordable plus elegance are what her line is all about.
