The fashion model who is the first to open a fashion show is known as the First Face. A model is chosen by each designer, whom they feel is the perfect representation of their styles and the exact look that is suitable for their collection. Everything about the model- face, body, hair, walk, overall look and the first step on the runway must feature the perfect image.
Fashion TV conducts a countdown each season for finding out the topmost ten first faces of the latest fashion weeks and following is the list of this year’s five first faces.
Natasha Poly
As per FTV’s countdown, the Russian beauty, Natasha Poly is the number one first face of the present season. Natasha Poly is a classic Russian beauty with well sculpted cheekbones and her date of birth is July 12, 1985. She began her career as a professional model at the age of nineteen in 2004. Natasha is a celebrated model and ruling the fashion scene as a leader. She is remembered for her outstanding appearance at Victoria’s secret Fashion Show in 2005 and since then, she has made appearances in more than two hundred fifty runway shows in a span of less than two years.

Lily Donaldson
Lily Donaldson is the beautiful British supermodel, born to a still life photographer father and jewellery designer mother. She made her debut on the runway in 2005 in NY for designer, Neil Barrett. She walked exclusively for Miu Miu and Prada Shows and followed by walking for Nina Ricci, Chanel, Cavalli, Marni, Fendi and Blumarine etc. Her photographs have adorned covers of several fashion magazines.
