Although they are popular with some celebrities, most women would never think about donning a pair of hot pants. However this could all be about to change as a new product has been released which utilises a new technology which increases the amount of perspiration women have while exercising. For every gram of sweat that is perspired, the body uses half the calorie and by increasing the amount women sweat, these hotpants help weight loss.
The technology is known as bio ceramic technology and it uses a natural process which increases the temperature in your muscles. This can increase the amount of perspiration by around 80 percent and encourages fats to breakdown in the body. Over the long term this can reduce the amount of cellulite that can develop and help women lose weight in general.
They have been called hotpants, but most women will be relieved to find out that they look more like cycling shorts. Those women who have tried them have said that they do make exercising very warm but overall the effect has been worth the extra discomfort. Generally they are helpful for toning up parts of the body in specific locations, rather than helping with overall fat loss.
