how to scrunch frizzy hair into curls How To Scrunch Frizzy Hair Into Curls

It is now very easy to tame even the unruliest of hair possible. With a little help from hair gels and other products and just a little bit of patience, it is possible to have the greatest hair ever. Women with wavy and frizzy hair could follow these steps to cute curls.

After shampooing and conditioning, the final rinse should be with cold water. Don’t rub hair with a towel. Let it air dry for about 15 minutes and then divide hair into a few sections and start scrunching it. Pin the pieces up with clasps. Let loose after another half hour and then make a parting. It does not have to be perfect. Spritz the bottom of your hair with a controlling hair spray. You could also flip your head down and then scrunch your hair for even further volume. You could skip this if you are not exactly a fan of big hair. Now is the time to apply the hair gel. Pull a little hair up and spread some of the mousse or gel. Aim a hair dryer in the direction you want the hair to set. Do the entire head of hair in bits. Don’t apply the gel all at one go. For tight curls, do small sections of hair while for loose waves, take larger section of hair. If your hair is really prone to frizz, skip the hair dryer and let hair set naturally. You will also end up with a really sexy wet look this way. Always finish with a spray of some hair wax. This will give your hair a great texture.

Scrunching hair is one of the easiest things to do and it looks really great on practically everyone. For texture, try Pantene Texturising Spray. Try Paul Mitchell sculpting products to give it that extra curl. It gives even the curliest and frizziest of hair the greatest definition ever. Fine hair or chemically straightened hair is bound to be resistant to this process. You might need to take the help of curlers then. For those short on time in the morning, apply the hair gel and spray in the night on wet hair and go to sleep. Hair will have waves when you wake up. You can perfect it though in the morning by wetting it and reapplying the gel and spray. Never ever brush scrunched hair. You’ll look electrocuted. Mousse is a better option than gel since hair will be less crunchy and more curly.

To make straight hair wave naturally, plait wet hair in a French braid and leave it over night. Hair will have waves in the morning and you can scrunch your hair as mentioned above. Never tie dripping wet hair though. It should be just a little damp. Normal wavy hair too can be sprayed with gel and put in a plait overnight. The results the next morning would be ‘to-die-for’. So all you need are some clip, hair mousse or gel, and some hair spray to get the most wonderful curls in a pinch.

Its so simple, yet i’ve never thought of that.

I have naturally curly hair to begin with but whatever, it still works fabulous!

well my hair is SUPER frizzy. So, I finally figured out a decent way to have it curly without a curling iron. I put anti-frizz cream in and wait for it to be damp. Then I put in curling mousse. I play with it [fench braid, bun, etc.]. Then I just let it dry. Once it’s about dry, I add some gel. It frizzes a little but not as much as other things I’ve tried.
