From Paris to New York, some of the most timeless looks of all time can be found right here. Not all trends that come and go suit everyone. A trend can come and go but there are certain looks that never change. These looks have always been a rage and will never go out of fashion.
Grey Shadow
Grey shadow may be very in right now but it is something that will never disappear. It is not cool nor is it warm. It goes with all skin tones. The best thing about it is that it is very easy to apply. It blends in with all other colours and can match any and every outfit, no matter what the shade.
Lip Liner
Matching lip colour and lip liner is very popular right now. Lip liner should not be darker than the lipstick. Dark ring lines around the lips look terrible. The match should be perfect. The line should be drawn just over the natural outline. They’ll look younger and fuller this way. Then fill the liner all over the lips and only then the lipstick. This way the colour stays longer.
Summer lip-gloss
Lip gloss is the only lip colour that should be worn in the summer. Women should consider a nice and sheer lip gloss for in the sunny season. Always start applying it at the centre of your lips so that it distributes evenly and does not look too goopy at some spots.
Orange Blush
Colurs in the orange family are very popular at the moment. Some women should try and stay away fro this though. Mature women should go for more natural shades. A pink shade or a bronzer is meant for them. But if you still want an orange shade, go for something like a peachy pink or golden-ish or brownish pink or a hazelnut hue.
Precise Application
It is all about detail. Texture and colour is not all that important. Tools and brushes are a great investment. This way make up is more targeted and on the spot. It is important to get educated in the art of makeup. Ask a professional. It is really not all that difficult as it is cranked up to be. A professional application can make an immense difference to your appearance.
Smokey Eyes
Something that will never go out of fashion is dark sultry eyes with nude lips. The first step to achieve this look is to opt for dark eyeliner. Preferably black. Line the eyes with this then smudge a grey black shadow into the creases. Curl lashes and finish with two coats of mascara. With this classic look a pale face goes best. Lips should be a brown or a peach and only bronzer maybe on the cheeks.
Scarlet lips
Very geisha. Very cool. This is another look that will never be forgotten. Let the focus be on the lips here. A dark berry shade smudged all over the mouth with defined lines around it could be focused on. This does not go with Smokey eyes though.
