When we start to think about getting our bodies out for the summer in the kind of revealing and stylish clothes that are associated with this favourite of all seasons, one of the first steps many of us take is to replace sugar in our teas and coffees with a substitute. Splenda is a leading brand in this area and they have launched a fabulous campaign and competition to help us all to make the best of ourselves.
The new video that can be viewed online features four of the small steps that we should take towards looking and feeling great, and the four experts featured all give us a tip each that fits into one of the small step categories. For instance, Kiran Govan a leading nutritionist tells us that eating an apple gives us antioxidants, vitamin C and can also help to lower our cholesterol.
Kiran, along with Jane Wake, Liz Wilde and Nicky Hambleton-Jones also make up the judging panel in the great competition that is running alongside the campaign where you have the chance of winning a one to one session with one of them. We all have a healthy tip that we swear by, so by going to the Splenda website, or their Facebook page, and sharing it, you could win one of the great prizes.
Feeling and looking good go hand in hand when it comes to wellbeing, but many make the latter their priority. Nicky tells us to throw out those old clothes that are too small and start afresh, a new wardrobe for the new more stylish you. By following these small steps and not berating yourself if you make a slip once in a while, you too can look and feel great, and a whole new wardrobe is one of the best incentives you can have.
We would love to hear your thoughts.
